Conditions of stay
Every booking must be confirmed by post or by email, including the dates of your stay and a deposit of 30% of the total cost (with a minimum deposit corresponding to the cost of one night per room booked).
Cancellation by the client before the arrival date :
– in the case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable (article 1590 civil law)
– in the case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable and the owner reserves the right to claim the remaining balance.
– If the client does not make contact before 8pm on the day of arrival, the owner may recover use of the room. The deposit is non-refundable and the owner reserves the right to claim the remaining balance.
If the stay is interrupted for any reason, no refund will be due.
We do not accept payment by card or foreign cheques. To book from abroad, a bank transfer by IBAN will be required. Any bank charges remain payable by the client.
